The invention discloses an intelligent travel ride-assisting cloud service platform. The intelligent travel ride-assisting cloud service platform comprises a search module, a selection module, a datastorage module, an allocation module and a feedback module, wherein the selection module is connected with the search module, the data storage module, the allocation module and the feedback module; the allocation module and the feedback module are connected with the storage module; the selection module comprises a duration prediction module, a time-saving prediction module, a route selection module and a navigation module; and the duration prediction module and the route selection module are connected with the time-saving prediction module. According to the intelligent travel ride-assisting cloud service platform, the search module, a route planning module and the route selection module are arranged, the route planning module combines current vehicle dispatching data with user search data,an optimal alternative travel route is planned through a linear integer programming analysis method, and a user in the search module can perform temporary search and can also perform active search and push by a timing system, so that the temporary search demand can be met and the time for searching the same route can be shortened.
