PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology with which it is possible to appropriately take an emergency measure for diseased passengers and improve the quality of driving in terms of health maintenance of passengers or when safety or fuel cost, for example, is considered.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: management means for managing input information that includes image data, position information and Internet information, as well as health maintenance information and health abnormality phrase information pertaining to the health of passengers; route guiding function means for generating traveling route information that indicates a traveling route from the place of departure to a destination on the basis of position information; and state estimation means for estimating the health and mental states of passengers upon receiving image data and speech data. The traveling route information generated by the route guiding function means is provided to an output device and made displayable in visible form, and when it is determined by the state estimation means that abnormality has occurred to a passenger, information to that effect is provided to the output device and made notifiable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】病気持ち搭乗者の緊急処置を適切に図れ、搭乗者の健康維持や例えば、安全面や燃費面から見て、運転改善が図れる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】画像データ、位置情報、インターネット情報、を含む入力情報及び搭乗者の健康に関する健康維持情報、健康異常語句情報、を管理する管理手段と、位置情報を元に出発地点から目的地点までの走行路を示す走行路情報を生成する走路誘導機能手段と、画像データ及び音声データを受けて、搭乗者の健康状態・精神状態を推測する状態推測手段と、を備え、走路誘導機能手段にて生成した走行路情報を出力装置に提供し、視える形で表示可能とし、併せて、状態推測手段にて、搭乗者に異常が発生したと判定したとき、その旨を出力装置に提供し、報知可能とする。【選択図】図2
