The invention discloses a light and thin type electronic anti-dazzle lens. The lens is used for being installed on the light-emitting side of a display screen and comprises a first substrate, a secondsubstrate, an electrochromic material layer and a reflecting layer which are arranged in a stacked mode. During use, the first substrate faces a user, and the second substrate is installed on the light-emitting side of the display screen. The electrochromic material layer is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, the electrochromic material layer is a solid material, material injection is not needed in a production process, the requirement for a glue sealing process is lowered, and the thickness of the first substrate and the thickness of the second substrate are smaller. Furthermore, the reflecting layer has a reflecting material and a polarizing material, can selectively transmit or reflect light according to the polarization direction of the light of the displayscreen, can transmit more light of the display screen, improves the brightness utilization rate of the display screen, and reduces the requirement for the brightness of the display screen while ensuring the impression of display pictures. In addition, the invention discloses a vehicle rearview mirror with the light and thin electronic anti-dazzle lens.
