The invention provides a lifting device based on transformer maintenance. The lifting device comprises a supporting base, wherein two rectangular supporting blocks are symmetrically arranged on the supporting base, a hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the supporting base, and a lifting lever is mounted between the two hydraulic cylinders; the supporting base is formed by buckling two parts, a pushing mechanism in threaded sliding connection is mounted on the supporting base, and a hand wheel is mounted on the pushing mechanism; and an extrusion mechanism is clamped in the supporting base. According to the lifting device, an inclined block is arranged on the pushing mechanism and can be pushed to move when the hand wheel of the pushing mechanism is rotated, so that the inclined block pushes an extrusion block to move downwards, the extrusion block pushes a clamping base to expand towards the two sides, the clamping base is clamped and fixed to a mounting base of the hydraulic cylinder, and the bottom of the device is fixed; and compared with contrast files, the operation is relatively simple when the base is fixed, certain working time is saved, and the service life is relatively long.
