Vibration conditions of a plurality of standard knots of a plurality oftower cranes on a construction site can be monitored in real time through MEMS sensors, so that complete monitoring and early warning are carried out on the tower cranes on the construction site, a machine body of each tower crane during working is monitored, and operation and use of the tower cranes are guided; and a monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged above the tower cranes on the construction site, so that real-time camera monitoring is performed on the tower cranes in the working process of the tower cranes, and therefore, early warning of various accidents is performed on tower crane accidents on the construction site in cooperation with the monitoring and early warning of data and videos, and the safety of the working process of the construction site is improved.
