The invention relates to the field of crane walking control, and provides a walking and positioning method of a trolley type single-beam crane. The trolley type single-beam crane comprises a cart, a trolley and a hoisting mechanism; the cart moving in the axial direction is arranged on the X axis; the trolley moving in the axial direction is arranged on the Y axis; the hoisting mechanism moving inthe axial direction is arranged on the Z axis; positioning sensors are arranged on the cart and the trolley; laser reflecting plates corresponding to laser sensors are arranged on the cart and the trolley; and a position detection sensor is connected to the hoisting mechanism. According to the method, the defects in automatic positioning of an existing trolley type crane are overcome, it is determined that the laser distance measuring sensors are adopted for positioning in three walking directions, accurate positioning of a hoisting load is achieved, the influence of factors such as rail abrasion, unevenness, crane walking vibration and the like is avoided, the positioning data reliability is improved, the cost is saved, the stable operation time of the equipment is prolonged, and the stable operation of the crane on an automatic logistics transfer line is effectively promoted.

    本发明涉及起重机行走控制领域,提供一种小车式单梁起重机的行走定位方法,所述小车式单梁起重机包括大车、小车、起升机构,X轴上设置沿轴向移动大车,Y轴上设置沿轴向移动小车,Z轴上设置沿轴向移动的起升机构,在大车和小车上设置定位传感器;在大和小车上设置激光传感器对应的激光反光板;在起升机构上连接设置位置检测传感器。本发明克服现有小车式起重机自动定位中存在的不足,确定采用激光测距传感器在三个行走方向进行定位,实现起重负载精确定位,不受轨道磨损、不平、起重机行走振动等因素的影响,提高定位数据可靠性,节约成本,增长设备的稳定运行时长,有效推进起重机在自动物流转运线的稳定运行。
