The invention discloses a charging bucket crane trolley positioning method which is divided into a two-point positioning method and a multi-point positioning method. Performing judgment and analysis on the operation distance difference between a set target and a current position among the press material racks, the material tank area and the material tank cleaning area by using the material tank hoisting operation vehicle through an encoder to determine the positioning between the press material racks and the material tank area, between the press material racks and the material tank cleaning area, between the material tank area and the material tank cleaning area and between the press material racks; and positioning the charging bucket crane trolley among any multi-point positions among the press racks, and determining the stop condition of the charging bucket crane trolley. The technical problems that the accuracy is poor and the efficiency is low when the material tank is manually hoisted are solved, meanwhile, a multi-point inter-hoisting operation positioning method is adopted, an operation route can be autonomously set according to field requirements, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种料罐吊运行车定位方法,分为两点间的定位方法和多点间的定位方法,将料罐吊运行车通过编码器在压机料架、料罐区和料罐清理区相互间进行设定目标与当前位置的运行距离差进行判断分析确定压机料架与料罐区之间、压机料架与料罐清理区之间、料罐区与料罐清理区之间、压机料架之间的定位;以及料罐吊运行车在压机料架间任意多点位置间的定位,并确定其停止条件。解决了人工吊运料罐时准确性差、效率低的技术问题,同时多点间吊运行定位方法,可根据现场需求自主设定运行路线,提高了吊运效率。
