The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle braking, in particular to a braking control method, an electric control braking master valve and a vehicle. The braking control method comprisesthe steps that a set gap exists between the initial position of a braking pedal and a valve element of the electric control braking master valve; in the conventional braking process, when the brakingpedal moves towards the valve element in the set gap, an electric control mechanism of the electric control braking master valve is started, the electric control mechanism drives the valve element tomove, and therefore an air inlet and an air outlet of the electric control braking master valve communicate to achieve braking; when power is off, the moving distance of the braking pedal is larger than the set gap, the braking pedal drives the valve element to move, and the air inlet communicates with the air outlet to achieve braking; in the automatic driving process, the electric control mechanism drives the valve element to move, so that the air inlet communicates with the air outlet, and braking is achieved; and in the braking releasing process, the valve element resets to stop braking.By using the braking control method, the labor intensity of a driver can be reduced during conventional braking, and braking in the automatic driving process can be completed.

    一种制动控制方法、电控制动总阀及车辆,涉及车辆制动技术领域,所述制动控制方法包括制动踏板的初始位置与电控制动总阀的阀芯之间存在设定间隙;常规制动过程中,当制动踏板在设定间隙内向阀芯方向移动时,电控制动总阀的电控机构启动,电控机构驱动阀芯移动,使得电控制动总阀的进气口与出气口连通,以实现制动;断电时,制动踏板移动距离大于设定间隙,制动踏板带动阀芯移动,使得进气口与出气口连通,以实现制动;自动驾驶过程中,电控机构驱动阀芯移动,使得进气口与出气口连通,以实现制动;制动解除过程中,阀芯复位以停止制动。使用上述制动控制方法可在常规制动时降低驾驶员的劳动强度,且能完成自动驾驶过程中的制动。
