The invention discloses an AGV scheduling method based on infrared communication; and the method comprises the following steps: S1, planning a navigation station, setting a communication station, andinputting the information of the communication station into an AGV body; S2, respectively installing infrared communication modules at the AGV body and the communication station; S3, when the AGV bodypasses through the communication station, sending vehicle body information through infrared communication, and receiving a task instruction; and S4, after receiving the task instruction, eanbling theAGV body to automatically navigate according to a built-in map, and completing a specified task. According to the AGV scheduling method based on infrared communication provided by the invention, a control mode similar to a traffic light can be realized, collision of the AGV in the walking process is avoided, and the navigation precision and the scheduling efficiency are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于红外通讯的AGV调度方法,包括如下步骤:S1)规划导航站点,设置通讯站点,并将通讯站点信息输入AGV车体;S2)在AGV车体和通讯站点分别安装红外通讯模块;S3)当AGV车体通过通讯站点时,通过红外通讯发送车体信息,并接收任务指令;S4)AGV车体接收任务指令后根据内建地图自行导航,并完成指定的任务。本发明提供的基于红外通讯的AGV调度方法,能够实现类似红绿灯的管控方式,避免AGV行走过程中的撞车,大大提高导航精度和调度效率。
