The invention discloses an emergency communication vehicle traffic scheduling system, which comprises a plurality of rubber-tired vehicles, a central processing unit and a comprehensive display system, and is characterized in that signal lamps and signal boards are arranged in traffic intervals, each rubber-tired vehicle is provided with a wireless transceiving module and a positioning module, thewireless transceiving module, the signal lamps, the signal boards and the comprehensive display system are respectively interacted with the central processing unit, a vehicle-mounted video monitoringterminal is further arranged on the rubber-tired vehicle, the vehicle-mounted video monitoring terminal comprises a camera and a vehicle-mounted power supply, and the camera collects video data and transmits the video data to the central processing unit above a well through the wireless transceiving module. According to the invention, scheduling management of underground traffic is achieved through cooperation of the signal lamps, the signal boards and the comprehensive display system, the system has the advantages of being flexible, high in adaptability, safe, efficient and wide in application range, auxiliary transportation links are simplified, accident points are reduced, and work efficiency and safety are improved. The invention also discloses an emergency communication vehicle traffic scheduling method.

    本发明公开了一种应急通讯车交通调度系统,包括若干个胶轮车、中央处理单元、综合显示系统,交通区间设置有信号灯及信号牌,胶轮车设置有无线收发模块和定位模块,无线收发模块、信号灯、信号牌和综合显示系统分别与中央处理单元交互,胶轮车上还设置有车载视频监控终端,车载监控终端部分包括摄像头、车载电源,摄像头采集视频数据并通过无线收发模块传送到井上的中央处理单元。通过信号灯、信号牌、综合显示系统的配合实现井下交通的调度管理,具有机动灵活、适应性强、安全高效、应用范围广的优点,简化了辅助运输环节,减少了事故点,提高了工效和安全性。本发明还公开了一种应急通讯车交通调度方法。
