The invention provides a DC pile charging power distribution relay adhesion detection system which is characterized in that a charging power module unit is connected with a charging gun through a relay switching unit, a DC meter is connected between positive and negative wiring ends of the charging gun, and a DC contactor is connected between the DC meter and the positive wiring end or the negative wiring end of the charging gun; and a relay control panel is connected with a relay switching unit and an external demand unit. The invention relates to a DC pile charging power distribution relay adhesion detection method. The adhesion state of the relay can be detected by adopting the existing electrical components of the direct-current charging pile without additionally introducing circuits and electrical electronic components, the problem of possible isolation insulation failure is solved, the risk of electrical potential safety hazards is not increased, the material cost is saved, the relay adhesion is automatically detected and checked, and meanwhile, accurate notification is realized. Manual work is not needed, labor cost is saved, and safety and reliability of the DC pile are improved.

    本发明提供一种直流桩充电功率分配继电器黏连检测系统,充电功率模块单元通过继电器切换单元与充电枪连接,直流电表接在充电枪的正负接线端之间,直流接触器接在直流电表与充电枪的正接线端或负接线端之间,继电器控制板与继电器切换单元、外部需求单元连接。本发明涉及一种直流桩充电功率分配继电器黏连检测方法。本发明采用直流充电桩现有的电气元器件即可检测继电器黏连状态,无需额外引入电路与电气电子元器件,不会存在可能导致隔离绝缘失效的问题,不会增加电气安全隐患风险,节省物料成本,自动检测排查继电器黏连同时准确告知,无需人工,节省人工成本,提高直流桩的安全可靠性。
