The invention discloses intelligent mechanical equipment for laying pipelines. The intelligent mechanical equipment comprises a base, a power switch is installed on the outer wall of the base, a controller is installed on the lower part of the power switch, universal wheels are welded to the bottom face of the base, brake pads are installed on the universal wheels, and a driving motor is installedin the base. A rotating disc is welded to a transmission shaft of the driving motor, a first hydraulic telescopic rod is welded to the upper end face of the rotating disc, the top end of the first hydraulic telescopic rod is welded to a second hydraulic telescopic rod, a third hydraulic telescopic rod is welded to the left end of the second hydraulic telescopic rod, a gripper controller is weldedto the bottom of the third hydraulic telescopic rod, and a pipeline identification sensor is installed on the outer wall of the gripper controller. Through the hydraulic telescopic rods and the driving motor, a gripper can freely operate in the three-dimensional dimension, meanwhile, an automatic recognition processing system can enable the equipment to automatically work, manpower is liberated,and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铺设管道的智能机械设备,包括底座,所述底座外壁上安装有电源开关,且电源开关下方安装有控制器,所述底座底面焊接有万向轮,且万向轮上安装有刹车片,所述底座内部安装有驱动电机,且驱动电机传动轴上焊接有转盘,所述转盘上端面焊接有第一液压伸缩杆,且第一液压伸缩杆顶端与第二液压伸缩杆焊接,所述第二液压伸缩杆左端焊接有第三液压伸缩杆,且第三液压伸缩杆底部焊接有抓手控制器,所述抓手控制器外壁安装有管道识别传感器。本发明通过个液压伸缩杆和驱动电机使抓手可以在立体维度自由操作,同时安装的自动识别处理系统可以让设备自动工作,解放了人力,提高了工作效率。
