The invention discloses a hoisting method for a complete marine low-speed diesel engine and a cylinder body end surface hoisting tool. The cylinder body end surface hoisting tool comprises a bottom plate, a side plate, two main hoisting plates and four hoisting nuts. The bottom plate is horizontally arranged, through holes for cylinder cover studs to penetrate through are formed in the surface ofthe bottom plate, and the positions of the through holes correspond to the positions of mounting holes in a cylinder cover; the two main hoisting plates are vertically welded to two sides of the upperplane of the bottom plate, and a hoisting hole for a hoisting belt or a shackle to penetrate through is formed in each main hoisting plate. The side plate is vertically welded between the two main hoisting plates and are welded and fixed to the bottom plate. Each cylinder cover stud penetrates through one mounting hole of the cylinder cover and one through hole of the bottom plate; and the cylinder body end surface hoisting tool is fixed to the upper plane of the cylinder cover through the hoisting nuts. According to the hoisting method and the hoisting tool, the problem that when the complete marine low-speed diesel engine is hoisted, an original cylinder body hoisting tool cannot meet the requirement is solved, the hoisting operation safety is guaranteed, and meanwhile, and the effectsof reducing the cost and shortening the period are achieved.

    一种用于船用低速柴油机整机的起吊方法及缸体端面起吊工装,所述缸体端面起吊工装包括有底板、侧板、两块主吊板和四个起吊螺母;所述底板水平设置,板面上设有用于穿过缸盖螺柱的通孔,该通孔的位置与所述缸盖上的安装孔的位置相对应,所述两块主吊板竖直地焊接于所述底板的上平面两侧,该主吊板上设有用于穿过吊带或者卸扣的起吊孔,所述侧板竖直地焊接在两块主吊板之间且与所述底板焊接固定;所述缸盖螺柱穿过所述缸盖的安装孔和所述底板的通孔,通过所述起吊螺母将所述缸体端面起吊工装固定在所述缸盖的上平面上。本发明解决了船用低速柴油机整机起吊时,原有缸体起吊工装无法满足需求的问题,在保证起吊作业安全的同时,达到了降低成本和缩短周期的效果。
