The road curvature radius calculation method comprises the following steps that a current steering wheel angle of the vehicle is obtained; according to the current steering wheel angle of the vehicle, the current turning radius of the vehicle is calculated based on a pre-stored relationship between the steering wheel angle and the turning radius of the vehicle; and the curvature radius of the road is obtained according to the current turning radius of the vehicle. According to the road curvature radius calculation method, the curvature radius of the road can also be calculated by medium and low distribution vehicles which are not provided with ESPs.
