The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic charging system and charging method for a laser navigation forklift. The system comprises a wireless communication module, a visual collection system, an image processing module, a linear consignment assembly and a charging pile displacement module. The method comprises the following steps that the laser navigation forklift sends a charging request to a processor headquarters through the wireless communication module; the processor headquarters counts the use condition of a charging pile in real time and sends the selected wireless communication module to the laser navigation forklift; the linear consignment assembly and the visual collection system on the laser navigation forklift are used for determining that a charging port of the laser navigation forklift coincides and aligns with the center line of a charging gun on the charging pile; and relative movement charging of the charging gun and the laser navigation forklift is controlled. According to the scheme, the alignment process of the charging port of the laser navigation forklift and the charging gun is divided into a coarse alignment process and a fine alignment process, and an expensive sensor and a complex positioning calculation process are not needed.

    本发明实施例公开了一种激光导航叉车的自动充电系统及充电方法,包括无线通讯模块、视觉采集系统、图像处理模块、线性托运组件和充电桩移位模块,方法包括如下步骤:激光导航叉车通过无线通讯模块向处理器总部发出充电请求;处理器总部实时统计充电桩的使用情况并将选择的无线通讯模块发送到激光导航叉车;利用线性托运组件和激光导航叉车上的视觉采集系统确定激光导航叉车的充电口与充电桩上的充电枪中线重合对位;控制充电枪和激光导航叉车的相对移动充电;本方案将激光导航叉车的充电口与充电枪的对准过程分为粗对准和精对准两个过程,不需要使用昂贵的传感器和复杂的定位计算过程。
