The invention discloses an automatic charging method and system for an unmanned forklift. The automatic charging method comprises the following steps of planning a charging path according to a currentposition and a preset charging position of the unmanned forklift when detecting that a current charging environment meets a preset charging awakening condition; and carrying out path navigation according to the charging path and detecting whether the unmanned forklift arrives in the preset charging position or not, if yes, judging whether a photoelectric receiver of the unmanned forklift receivesa photoelectric signal generated in the preset charging position or not, if yes, judging whether the unmanned forklift and a charging pile in the preset position form an electrified circuit or not, and if yes, executing a corresponding charging operation based on the electrified circuit. By monitoring multiple charging indexes in the current charging environment and setting corresponding judgingconditions to judge whether the unmanned forklift and the charging pile are in full contact or not, the safety of the unmanned forklift that is charged automatically is improved, and the correspondingcharging operation is executed when the current charging environment meets the judging conditions to charge the unmanned forklift effectively, so that the failure rate of automatic charging is decreased.

    本发明公开了一种无人叉车自动充电方法及系统,其中,在检测到当前充电环境符合预设充电唤醒条件时,根据无人叉车的当前位置和预设充电位置规划充电路径,并根据充电路径进行路径导航,检测无人叉车是否到达预设充电位置,若是,则判断无人叉车的光电接收器是否接收到预设充电位置处产生的光电信号,若是,则判断无人叉车与预设位置处的充电桩是否构成通电回路,若是,则基于通电回路执行对应的充电操作。通过监测当前充电环境的多项充电指标并设置对应的判断条件来判断无人叉车和充电桩是否充分接触,以提高无人叉车自动充电时的安全性,并在当前充电环境满足上述判断条件时执行对应的充电操作来实现无人叉车的有效充电,降低自动充电失败率。
