The invention discloses a coal mine winch steel wire rope anti-deviation device. The coal mine winch steel wire rope anti-deviation device comprises a base, a first gantry frame is arranged on the base, and a translation device capable of transversely moving on the base is arranged in the first gantry frame; the translation device comprises two vertical carrier rollers arranged at an interval, upper carrier rollers and lower carrier rollers are arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the two vertical carrier rollers respectively, and a steel wire rope penetrating space is formed amongthe two vertical carrier rollers, the upper carrier rollers and the lower carrier rollers; and one side of the translation device is connected with a force application mechanism, and the force application mechanism is used for applying force to the translation device to enable the translation device to translate in the first gantry frame so as to adjust the running direction of a steel wire rope.According to the coal mine winch steel wire rope anti-deviation device, the translation device is arranged on the base, the steel wire rope penetrating space is formed on the translation device through the vertical carrier rollers, the upper carrier rollers and the lower carrier rollers, the direction of the steel wire rope is adjusted through the steel wire rope penetrating space along with adjustment of translation of the translation device, and therefore the steel wire rope is prevented from deviating, and safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿绞车钢丝绳防跑偏装置,包括底座,底座上设置有第一龙门框架,第一龙门框架内设置有可在底座上横移的平移装置;平移装置包括两个间隔设置的竖直托辊,两个竖直托辊的上下端分别设置有上托辊和下托辊,两个竖直托辊、上托辊和下托辊之间形成钢丝绳穿过空间;平移装置的一侧连接有施力机构,施力机构用于向平移装置施力,以使平移装置在第一龙门框架内平移,进而调节钢丝绳的运行方向;本发明通过在底座上设置平移装置,且在平移装置上通过竖直托辊、上托辊和下托辊形成钢丝绳穿过空间,随着调节平移装置的平移,通过钢丝绳穿过空间调节钢丝绳的走向,进而防止钢丝绳跑偏,避免发生安全事故。
