The steel wire rope anti-loosening device comprises a supporting frame, a winding drum support is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the supporting frame, a driving motor is arranged on one side of the winding drum support, a rotating shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the winding drum support to be fixedly connected with a winding drum, and steel wire ropes are arranged at the two ends of the winding drum. A spring seat is arranged on the side, located on the guide wheel, of the supporting frame, a movable rod is inserted into the middle of the spring seat, the lower portion of the movable rod penetrates through the spring seat to be fixedly connected with a connecting plate, and the lower portion of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the end, away from the winding drum, of the steel wire rope. The movable rod is located above the limiting plate and sleeved with a spring, and a proximity switch is arranged on the side, close to the spring seat, of the guide wheel support. The anti-loosening device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, good in safety performance, low in overall cost and small in steel wire abrasion in the using process, and the service life of the steel wire rope is effectively prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种卷扬机的钢丝绳防松装置,包括支撑架,所述支撑架上方中部设有卷筒支架,所述卷筒支架一侧设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机旋转轴贯穿卷筒支架与卷筒固定连接,所述卷筒两端均设有钢丝绳,所述支撑架位于导向轮一侧设有弹簧座,所述弹簧座中部插接有活动杆,所述活动杆下方贯穿弹簧座与连接板固定连接,所述连接板下方与钢丝绳远离卷筒一端固定连接,所述活动杆位于弹簧座内下端设有限位板,所述活动杆位于限位板上方套接有弹簧,所述导向轮支架靠近弹簧座一侧设有接近开关。该种防松装置结构简单,操作方便,安全性能好,装置整体成本低,使用过程中钢丝磨损小,有效的提高了钢丝绳的使用寿命。
