The invention provides an intelligent sleeper for detecting line quality state. According to the intelligent sleeper for detecting the line quality state, a first pressure induction device is arrangedbelow a sleeper body, a second pressure induction device is arranged in the sleeper body and is located below a steel rail, and a signal recording device is arranged on the sleeper body, so that a full-life-cycle real-time monitoring function of the sleeper is achieved. The intelligent sleeper adopts a steel rail mechanical energy electricity storage device and a solar energy electricity storagedevice which store electric energy automatically, solar energy and mechanical energy generated by small displacement of the steel rail are converted into electric energy, and the power supply problemduring sleeper monitoring is solved; sleeper state information is transmitted to remote equipment through wireless transmission, and the remote equipment processes sleeper dynamic information data andtransmits the sleeper dynamic information data to a sleeper receiving device in a dynamic two-dimensional code mode, so real-time sleeper information updating is achieved, the condition of a line canbe obtained in time, and a maintenance plan can be adjusted in time; and the function that an operation train serves as a line police is achieved, the line quality state is obtained in time through the wireless sensing technology, and safe operation of the train is facilitated.

    本发明提供一种用于检测线路质量状态的智慧轨枕,通过在轨枕本体下设置第一压力感应装置,在轨枕本体中设置位于钢轨下的第二压力感应装置,以及轨枕本体上设置信号记录装置,实现轨枕全生命周期实时监测功能。该智慧轨枕采用自储备电能的钢轨机械能储电装置和太阳能储电装置,将太阳能及钢轨微小位移产生的机械能转化为电能,解决了轨枕监测时的供电问题;利用无线传输将轨枕状态信息传输到远程设备上,远程设备将轨枕动态信息数据进行处理,以动态二维码的形式传至轨枕接收装置,实现轨枕信息实时更新,有利于及时了解线路状况,及时调整养护维修计划;还实现运营列车充当线路警察的功能,通过无线传感技术及时获得线路质量状态,有利于列车安全运营。
