The invention relates to the technical field of overhead line systems, in particular to a cantilever mounting template adjusting mechanism capable of overturning leftwards and rightwards. The adjusting mechanism comprises a track platform lorry arranged on an existing line, a cantilever stand column arranged on the side edge of the existing line, a mechanical arm arranged on the track platform lorry, and an auxiliary mechanism connected to the mechanical arm, wherein the auxiliary mechanism comprises a connecting unit used for being connected with a mechanical arm head and a template fixing part used for fixing a cantilever mounting template, a horizontal overturning unit and a transverse sliding unit are further arranged between the connecting unit and the template fixing part, the horizontal overturning unit is used for driving the template fixing part to rotate in the horizontal direction, and the transverse sliding unit is used for driving the template fixing part to move so that the template fixing part can get close to the cantilever stand column in the transverse direction of the existing line. According to the cantilever mounting template adjusting mechanism, through cooperation of the horizontal overturning unit and the transverse sliding unit, the problem that a cantilever mounting template cannot be in butt joint with a cantilever stand column due to the fact that the stopping error of a track platform lorry is large can be effectively solved, and therefore accurate mounting of a cantilever is achieved.
