The invention discloses a multifunctional cantilever crane device capable of mounting clamps. The multifunctional cantilever crane device mainly comprises a cantilever crane steel frame body and a telescopic hoisting rod mechanism. The number of stay wire pulleys on a telescopic rod and a rectangular frame arranged in the telescopic hoisting rod mechanism is two sets, one set is used for cooperating an electric block to take up and pay off stay wires, the up-and-down stretching and contracting function of the telescopic rod is met, and therefore hoisting to parts is met; and the other set is used for adjusting the posture of a hoisting tool mounting tool plate, and therefore when the clamp mounted on the mounting plate clamps parts, the posture can be adjusted, and the function of assisting in manual assembling is achieved. The device overcomes the problem that in the process that a traditional cantilever crane hoists parts to move, the parts swing, and consequently danger is increased, the structure is simple, and wide applicability is achieved.
