The invention discloses a counter weight type self-closing device for an elevator landing door and a method of the counter weight type self-closing device. The device comprises a landing door head, aright door hanging plate, a left door hanging plate, a left landing door, a right landing door, a first flexible steel wire rope, a second flexible steel wire rope, a counter weight box, a bearing, acounter weight, a power device and a coupler; the left door hanging plate and the right door hanging plate are connected with the left landing door and the right landing door respectively; a first pulley and a first fixed end are arranged in the right door hanging plate; a second fixed end is arranged in the left door hanging plate; a second pulley and a third pulley are arranged at the two sidesin the landing door head, respectively; one end of the first flexible steel wire rope is connected with the first fixed end and passes through the second pulley, and the other end is connected with one end of the counter weight box; one end of the second flexible steel wire rope is connected with the second fixed end and passes through the first pulley and the third pulley, and the other end is connected with the other end of the counter weight box; the power device is used for driving the counter weight box to rotate along a central point through the coupler and the bearing; and the counter weight rolls in the counter weight box. The counter weight type self-closing device disclosed by the invention reduces energy consumption for opening the door and achieves a more stable door opening process.
本发明公开了一种重锤式电梯层门自闭装置及其方法,该装置包括:层门门头、右门挂板、左门挂板、左层门、右层门、第一柔性钢丝绳、第二柔性钢丝绳、重锤盒、轴承、重锤、动力装置和联轴器;左、右门挂板分别与左、右层门连接,右门挂板内设有第一滑轮与第一固定端,左门挂板内设有第二固定端;层门门头内两侧设有第二滑轮和第三滑轮;第一柔性钢丝绳一端与第一固定端连接,并经过第二滑轮,另一端与重锤盒一端连接;第二柔性钢丝绳一端与第二固定端连接,并经过第一滑轮和第三滑轮,另一端与重锤盒另一端连接;动力装置通过联轴器与轴承驱动重锤盒沿中心点转动,重锤在重锤盒内滚动。本发明降低门机开门的能耗,使得开门过程更平稳。
