The invention discloses a seabed detection fishing net cleaning robot which comprises a box body, a sinking and floating inner cavity is formed in the box body, a sinking and floating device is arranged in the sinking and floating inner cavity, the sinking and floating device comprises a water inlet pipe fixedly connected with the inner wall of the upper side of the sinking and floating inner cavity, and a vertically-through water inlet cavity is formed in the water inlet pipe. A water inlet one-way valve enabling sea water to flow from top to bottom is fixedly arranged in the water inlet valve. The sinking and floating device adjusts the submerging depth of the robot through buoyancy of water, a pushing device and a turning device push the robot to move forwards and avoid obstacles through paddling of propellers, and the turning device controls the robot to steer through inducted springback water waves. A marching device is not started only when the robot touches the ground. The seabed fishing net cleaning robot is specially used for cleaning fishing nets in deep sea, the ecological environment is protected, and marine organisms are prevented from being hurt by the fishing nets.
