The invention discloses a rudder angle control device for an embedded water tunnel test. The device comprises a servo driving device, a hydraulic follow-up device and a steering device which are connected in sequence, the steering device is connected with one end of a rudder shaft, the other end of the rudder shaft is fixedly connected with a rudder, and the middle of the rudder shaft is movably connected with an aircraft model shell; an upper computer sends a rudder angle instruction to a motor driver and a servo motor, rotation of the servo motor is converted into translation of a piston ofthe driving hydraulic cylinder through a ball screw composed of a lead screw and a lead screw nut, a position sensor feeds back the position of the piston of the driving hydraulic cylinder in real time to form proportional differential closed-loop control, and then accurate control over the position is achieved. A follow-up hydraulic cylinder piston in the hydraulic follow-up system accurately follows the movement of a driving hydraulic cylinder piston, and then the translational motion of the follow-up hydraulic cylinder piston is converted into the rotation of a rudder shaft through a connecting rod and a swing rod of the steering device, so that the accurate transmission of the position is realized. According to the principle, the rudder angle control device is designed, and the rudderangle can be accurately controlled under the cooperation of all parts.

    本发明公开了一种内嵌式水洞试验用舵角控制装置,包括依次连接的伺服驱动装置、液压随动装置和操舵装置,操舵装置连接舵轴一端,舵轴另一端固定连接舵,舵轴中间活动连接航行器模型壳体;上位机发送舵角指令给电机驱动器和伺服电机,伺服电机的转动经由丝杠和丝杠螺母构成的滚珠丝杠转化为主动液压缸活塞的平动,位置传感器实时反馈主动液压缸活塞位置构成比例微分的闭环控制,进而实现位置的精确控制。液压随动系统中随动液压缸活塞对主动液压缸活塞的运动进行精确跟随,然后通过操舵装置的连杆、摆杆将随动液压缸活塞平动转化为舵轴转动,从而实现位置的精确传递。根据上述原理设计舵角控制装置,在各部件配合下可以实现舵角的精确控制。
