Anti-impact anti-reverse-connection circuits are respectively arranged at an input side and an output side, wherein each anti-impact anti-reverse-connection circuit comprises a diode, a power resistor and a relay; an input filter capacitor and an output filter capacitor begin to be charged after the input end is correctly connected to a power supply; with the rise of the voltage of the input filter capacitor, an auxiliary power supply starts to work, and the input side relay K1 is closed after thesampling voltage value of the positive voltage end of the input filter capacitor reaches a set value; the polarity of a positive voltage port of the output end anti-impact anti-reverse connection circuit is detected, the output end relay is not closed and has no output voltage when the polarity is negative voltage; when the polarity is positive voltage, a high-voltage battery pack charges the output filter capacitor through the output end anti-impact anti-reverse connection circuit, and when the voltage of the positive voltage end of the output filter capacitor is approximately equal to the voltage of the positive voltage port of the output end anti-impact anti-reverse connection circuit, the relay K2 is closed, a MOS transistor is switched on, and a high-power DCDC starts to output voltage.

    本发明涉及大功率DCDC防冲击防反接缓启动控制,在输入侧及输出侧分别设有包括二极管、功率电阻、以及继电器的防冲击防反接电路,输入端接线正确接入电源后,输入滤波电容和输出滤波电容开始充电;随着输入滤波电容电压的上升,辅助电源开始工作,输入滤波电容正压端采样电压值达到设定值后输入侧继电器K1闭合;检测输出端防冲击防反接电路的正压端口极性,为负压时输出端继电器不闭合且无输出电压;为正压时,高压电池包通过输出端防冲击防反接电路给输出滤波电容进行充电,且输出滤波电容正压端电压与输出端防冲击防反接电路正压端口电压近似相等时,继电器K2闭合,MOS管导通,大功率DCDC开始输出电压。
