The invention provides a fuel cell thermal management system in a fuel cell bus. According to the system, a water outlet of a fuel cell, a condenser, a water pump and the water inlet of the fuel cellare sequentially communicated to form a circulating channel, a cooling fan is arranged near the condenser, and a vehicle control unit is in signal connection with the fuel cell, the cooling fan, the condenser and the water pump, the vehicle control unit is used for collecting the fuel cell inlet temperature, the fuel cell outlet temperature, the fuel cell voltage, the fuel cell current and the outdoor temperature, obtaining the required rotating speed adjusting signal of the cooling fan according to related data processing, transmitting the required rotating speed adjusting signal of the cooling fan to the cooling fan and controlling the cooling fan to work and stop correspondingly, so that the condenser and the water pump are controlled to work and stop. The invention further provides a fuel cell thermal management method in a fuel cell bus. According to the invention, the system is simple in structure, the thermal management method using the system is simple and feasible, and the inlet temperature of the fuel cell is stable.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池公交车中的燃料电池热管理系统,燃料电池的出水口、冷凝器、水泵、燃料电池的入水口依次连通形成循环通道,散热风扇设置在冷凝器附近,整车控制器分别与燃料电池、散热风扇、冷凝器、水泵信号连接;整车控制器用于采集燃料电池入口温度、燃料电池出口温度、燃料电池电压、燃料电池电流和室外温度,并根据相关数据处理得到散热风扇的需求转速调节信号,同时将散热风扇的需求转速调节信号发送至散热风扇上并控制散热风扇相应工作与停止,用于控制冷凝器、水泵的工作与停止。还提供了一种燃料电池公交车中的燃料电池热管理方法。本发明系统结构简单,使用其的热管理方法简单可行,燃料电池入口温度稳定。
