The invention discloses a green semi-steel tire tread rubber formula designed with an environment-friendly recyclable functional material as a main body. The green semi-steel tire tread rubber formulacomprises the following components in parts by mass: 137.5 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber SSBR 3830, 5 to 15 parts of high-dispersion white carbon black, 55 to 85 parts of carbon black N234, 10 to 30 parts of green functional carbon black G-1175, 11 to 17 parts of Si-69(X50s), 1 to 4 parts of stearic acid, 2.5 to 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 2.5 parts of RD, 1.5 to 3 partsof 4020, 1 to 3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1.2 to 2 parts of NS, 1 to 2.5 parts of DPG and 1-2.5 parts of common sulfur. The tread rubber formula of the invention discloses is applied to full-green tire tread rubber for a car, and rolling resistance is improved by about 15% and wet skid resistance is improved by about 15% while other mechanical properties are maintained; and the obtained tiretread rubber is excellent in processing technology, outstanding in green performance, high in cost performance and consistent in performance rule reappearing after multiple times of verification tests, and completely meets the requirements of green semi-steel high-performance tires.

    本发明公开了一种环保可循环再生功能材料为主体设计的绿色半钢轮胎胎面胶配方,包括下列组分(质量份):溶聚丁苯胶SSBR3830,137.5;高分散白炭黑,55‑85:N234炭黑,5‑15;绿色功能炭黑G‑1175,10‑30;Si‑69(X50s),11‑17;硬脂酸,1‑4;氧化锌,2.5‑5;RD,1‑2.5;4020,1.5‑3;微晶蜡,1‑3;NS,1.2‑2;DPG,1‑2.5;普通硫黄,1‑2.5。本发明公开的胎面胶配方,在轿车全绿色轮胎胎面胶中应用,在保持其它力学性能的同时滚动阻力改善约15%,抗湿滑提高约15%,且其加工工艺优异、绿色性能突岀、性价比高,多次验证试验重现性能规律一致,完全满足绿色半钢高性能轮胎的要求。
