The system comprises an encoder and a tower crane lifting variable-amplitude and rotating angle integrated frequency converter control system, the encoder is installed at a high-speed rotating position of a lifting motor or the front portion of a speed reducing motor, and when a tower crane lifting hook is under no descending driving voltage, whether the encoder rotates downwards or not is detected to detect whether a hook of the tower crane slips or not, if yes, a signal is transmitted to the tower crane lifting variable-amplitude and rotating angle integrated frequency converter control system, the tower crane lifting variable-amplitude and rotating angle integrated frequency converter control system receives the signal that a tower crane is in a hook slipping state, sends out a control signal output by driving force current in the reverse direction and transmits the control signal to a frequency converter of the tower crane lifting motor, and the lifting motor is in a non-rotating state under the influence of power in the reverse direction. At the moment, the encoder does not rotate in thedescending and ascending directions, the lifting hook is kept not to ascend or descend by utilizing constant current, and the purpose of anti-slip hook of the tower crane is achieved.
本发明提供了一种塔吊一体变频器防溜钩系统,包括编码器和塔吊起升变幅转角一体变频器控制系统,编码器安装在起升电机高速旋转部位或者减速电机前部,在塔吊吊钩处于无下行驱动电压时,是否在向下方向旋转以检测塔吊是否溜钩;若是处于向下方向旋转,向塔吊起升变幅转角一体变频器控制系统传递信号;塔吊起升变幅转角一体变频器控制系统接收到塔吊处于溜钩状态的信号,发出驱动力电流反方向输出的控制信号,传送至塔吊起升电机变频器,起升电机在受反方向动力影响,处于保持不转动状态;此时编码器也不下行和上行方向转动,利用恒定电流保持吊钩不上行、也不下行,达到塔吊防溜钩保护的目的。
