The invention provides a tower crane integrated frequency converter control system. The system comprises a central controller, and the central controller comprises a control instruction module, a dataacquisition module and a switching value unified management module. The control instruction module is in communication connection with a lifting motor frequency converter, a variable-amplitude motorfrequency converter and a rotary motor frequency converter and is used for sending a control instruction. The data acquisition module is connected with the lifting motor, the variable-amplitude motorand the rotary motor and is used for acquiring real-time data of current, rotating speed and operating frequency of the lifting motor, the variable-amplitude motor and the rotary motor. The switchingvalue unified management module is connected with the data acquisition module and is used for receiving the data acquired in real time, judging whether the data is in a safe operation state or not andsending a corresponding processing signal to the control instruction module. The central controller is in communication connection with the lifting motor frequency converter, the variable-amplitude motor frequency converter and the rotary motor frequency converter to feed back and send out the control instruction, and the purpose of managing and controlling a tower crane lifting variable-amplitude and rotating angle integrated frequency converter is achieved.

    本发明提供了塔吊一体变频器控制系统,包括中央控制器,中央控制器包括控制指令模块、数据采集模块及开关量统一管理模块;控制指令模块与起升电机变频器、变幅电机变频器、回转电机变频器通讯连接,用于发送控制指令;数据采集模块与起升电机、变幅电机、回转电机连接,用于采集起升电机、变幅电机和回转电机电流、转速、运行频率的实时数据;开关量统一管理模块与所述数据采集模块连接,用于接收实时采集到的数据,并判断是否处于安全运行状态同时向所述控制指令模块发送相应处理信号。本发明通过一中央控制器分别以起升电机变频器、变幅电机变频器、回转电机变频器通讯连接反馈和发出控制指令,达到塔吊起升变幅转角一体变频器管理控制的目的。
