The invention relates to a control method of a hybrid power system, a controller and the hybrid power system. When it is identified that the battery charging capacity of the hybrid power system is seriously insufficient due to a special working condition, a control mode of a motor of the hybrid power system can be switched into a voltage control mode in time; at the moment, the target working current of the battery of the hybrid power system under the special working condition can be calculated, control parameters including the target working voltage of the motor are generated according to thetarget working current; therefore, the motor can adjust the output torque in real time according to the control parameters and stably work in the voltage control mode; and the actual working currentof the battery reaches the target working current so that the hybrid power system can continuously and stably operate under the special working condition, the probability that the battery reports an overcurrent fault or is damaged due to overcharge under the special working condition is reduced, and the robustness of the system is enhanced.

    本发明涉及一种混合动力系统的控制方法、控制器及混合动力系统,当识别到因特殊工况而导致混合动力系统的电池充电能力严重不足时,能及时将混合动力系统的电机的控制模式切换为电压控制模式,此时能计算出所述混合动力系统的电池在所述特殊工况的目标工作电流,并根据所述目标工作电流产生包括电机的目标工作电压在内的控制参数,由此电机能根据所述控制参数实时调整所输出的扭矩并稳定工作在所述电压控制模式下,以使得所述电池的实际工作电流达到目标工作电流,由此使混合动力系统在特殊工况下得以继续稳定运行,减少电池因在特殊工况下过充而报过流故障或损坏的概率,系统鲁棒性得以增强。
