The invention provides a brake boosting device capable of being used for assisting in braking, the device comprises a control system, a brake assembly and a vacuum booster, a boosting component is arranged between the brake assembly and the vacuum booster, and the boosting component comprises an input shaft connected with the brake assembly and an output shaft with a sliding hole formed inside, wherein the input shaft is arranged in the sliding hole in a sliding mode, a rack is arranged on the output shaft. The boosting component further comprises a spring arranged in the sliding hole of the output shaft; a gear which is meshed and matched with the rack on the output shaft and is connected with a power-assisted motor; an operating rod which is connected with the output shaft and the vacuumbooster; and a displacement sensor which is used for detecting the relative positions of the output shaft and the input shaft; wherein the displacement sensor and the power-assisted motor are in electric signal connection with the control system. The device is simple and reasonable in structural design, high in integration level and capable of achieving braking assistance and can be combined withthe automatic driving technology to achieve automatic braking.

    本发明提供一种可用于辅助刹车的制动助力装置,包括控制系统、刹车总成以及真空助力器,刹车总成和真空助力器之间设置助力组件,助力组件包括:输入轴,输入轴连接刹车总成;输出轴,输出轴内部设置滑动孔,输入轴可滑动的设置于滑动孔内,在输出轴上设有齿条;弹簧,弹簧设置于输出轴的滑动孔内;齿轮,齿轮与输出轴上的齿条啮合配合,齿轮连接助力电机;操作杆,操作杆连接输出轴以及真空助力器;位移传感器,位移传感器用于检测输出轴和输入轴的相对位置;位移传感器以及助力电机均与控制系统电信号连接。本装置结构设计简单合理,集成度高,能够实现刹车助力,同时可与自动驾驶技术结合实现自动刹车。
