The invention relates to the field of automobiles, in particular to a defrosting device for an automobile windshield. The device comprises a heating module and an inflation module, the heating modulecomprises a chemical material heating layer and an airtight layer, the airtight layer seals the chemical material heating layer, and a gap is reserved between the airtight layer and the chemical material heating layer to form a reaction cavity; the inflation module inflates the reaction cavity to provide reactants and catalysts for the chemical reaction of the chemical material heating layer, andheat generated by the chemical reaction is used for defrosting the windshield; a heat preservation layer is arranged between the airtight layer and the chemical material heating layer. The automobilewindshield defrosting device has the advantages that the heating module and the inflation module cooperate with each other to defrost the windshield, the equipment construction cost is low, the heat production amount can be changed according to the working condition, the manufacturability is good, the energy consumption is low, the operation is simple, and the replacement is convenient.
