The invention provides a remote driving system for a forklift. The remote driving system comprises a control module, a remote driving position module, 5G CPE equipment, and a performing module, wherein the control module is arranged in an electrical cabinet on a forklift body for receiving an operation instruction of the remote driving position module and controlling the forklift to do corresponding action according to the operation instruction received by the forklift; the remote driving position module is used for simulating specific operation of the forklift and transmitting the operation instruction to the control module; the 5G CPE equipment is fixedly arranged on the top of the forklift for realizing data transmission between the control module and the remote driving position module;the performing module is used for performing the operation instruction received by the control module; an operator performs specific operation on the remote driving position module, and the instruction emitted by the remote driving position module is transmitted to the control module through a wireless router; the control module controls the performing module to do corresponding action accordingto the operation instruction received, so that the driver can perform remote driving indoors, and therefore, working strength of a worker is reduced, carrying transportation is improved, and safe production is realized.
