According to the hoisting device,the hydraulic cylinders are started to drive the hydraulic rods to do telescopic movement, so that the two hydraulic rods are located at different vertical heights, a hoisting box is pushed, the hoisting box can move along the inclined hoisting beam along with the first sliding block under the action of gravity, and hoisting can be conducted under the condition that electric driving is not needed.

    本发明属于自动化设备技术领域,尤其是一种自动化设备安装用吊运装置,针对现有装置耗费电能的问题,现提出以下方案,包括两个底座,底座内部固定有液压缸,所述液压缸输出端连接有液压杆,两个液压杆上方设置有同一个吊运梁,吊运梁底部两侧对称开设有两个槽口,槽口内固定有直轴,液压杆输出轴和直轴嵌套活动连接,吊运梁内壁底部开设有第一滑槽,第一滑槽内滑动连接有第一滑块,第一滑块底部连接有吊物机构。本发明中,启动液压缸,带动液压杆进行伸缩移动,使得两个液压杆处于不同的垂直高度,推动吊运箱,即可使的吊运箱在重力作用下跟随第一滑块一起顺着倾斜的吊运梁移动,从而在不需要电力驱动的情况下即可进行吊运。
