The invention discloses instrument control room inclined hoisting installation equipment and a hoisting installation method.The hoisting installation equipment comprises a balance beam, clamping rings are arranged at the two ends of the top and the two ends of the bottom of the balance beam correspondingly, and the two sets of clamping rings at the top are jointly connected with a crane hook through hoisting slings correspondingly; two groups of short slings and two groups of long slings are respectively arranged on the two groups of clamping rings at the bottom, the two groups of long slings and the two groups of short slings are all connected with chain blocks, and the two groups of chain blocks are respectively connected with hoisting points of the two split instrument control rooms through the clamping rings. Different heights of two ends of the split instrument control chamber and gradients of the two ends of the split instrument control chamber are adjusted through the chain block, so that a support bolt hole in one end of the bottom of the split instrument control chamber corresponds to a foundation bolt in a to-be-mounted area and is concentric with the foundation bolt, and then the height of the instrument control chamber is gradually reduced; in this way, the foundation bolts in the area to be installed can sequentially penetrate into the support bolt holes in the split instrument control room, and the hoisting difficulty is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种仪表控制室倾斜吊装安装设备以及吊装安装方法,该吊装安装设备包括平衡梁,所述平衡梁的顶部和底部的两端均设有卡环,顶部两组所述卡环分别通过吊装吊索共同连接吊车吊钩,底部两组所述卡环上分别设有两组短吊索和两组长吊索,两组所述长吊索和两组短吊索均连接有倒链,两组所述倒链分别通过卡环与两个分体仪表控制室起吊点连接。本发明通过倒链来调节分体仪表控制室两端的不同高度及分体仪表控制室两端倾斜度,使得分体仪表控制室底部一端的支座螺栓孔与待安装区域的基础螺栓先对应,将其同心后逐渐降低仪表控制室的高度,即可使得待安装区域的基础螺栓依次穿入分体仪表控制室上的支座螺栓孔内,大大降低吊装难度。
