The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a flight control method, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a storage medium. The flight control method is applied to the unmanned aerial vehicle. By determining the wind power direction of the environment where the unmanned aerial vehicle is located, if the nose direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the wind power direction have an angle, the nose direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle is adjusted to be opposite to the wind power direction, so that wind power is changed into crosswind from headwind, then a tilt rotor is controlled to generate horizontal vector force the same as the wind power and opposite with the wind power in direction to be used for resisting the wind force, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can resist the wind force with smaller control capacity, the wind resistance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, and the flight safety and stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle are further improved.
