The invention discloses a pedal mechanism capable of realizing mechanical linkage control, and relates to the technical field of explosion-proof diesel-engine vehicles. The pedal mechanism comprises amounting bottom plate; two vertical connecting plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the mounting bottom plate; a pedal is movably connected between the two connecting plates; a limiting part is arranged at one end of the pedal, and a treading part is arranged at the other end; a roller is movably connected at the bottom of the pedal and is located among the treading part and theconnecting plates; a limiting device is fixedly arranged at one end of the mounting bottom plate and is connected with the limiting part of the pedal in a contact manner; two through holes are formedin the mounting bottom plate; a first brake valve and a second brake valve are mounted at the two through holes; the top control end of the first brake valve is located below the roller; the top of the second brake valve is connected with the pedal through a vertically-arranged connecting fork; the connecting fork is located among the connecting plates and the limiting device and is close to the connecting plates. According to the pedal mechanism, both front and back wheels have parking braking functions, so that the safe and reliable performance of the whole brake system is greatly improved.

    本发明公开一种机械联动控制的踏板机构,涉及防爆柴油机车辆技术领域,包括安装底板,安装底板两侧对称设置有两个竖直的连接板,两个连接板之间活动连接有踏板,踏板一端设置有限位部,另一端设置有脚踏部,踏板底部活动连接有滚轮,滚轮位于脚踏部与连接板之间;安装底板一端固定设置有限位装置,限位装置与踏板的限位部接触连接;安装底板上开设有两个通孔,两个通孔位置处分别安装有第一制动阀和第二制动阀,第一制动阀顶部控制端位于滚轮下方,第二控制阀顶部通过竖直设置的连接叉与踏板连接,连接叉位于连接板与限位装置之间,且连接叉靠近连接板设置。本发明使前后轮都具有驻车制动功能,大大提高了整车制动系统的安全可靠性能。
