The invention discloses a tire structure with a cooling mechanism and a machining process of the tire structure, and relates to the technical field of automobile tires. The tire structure comprises ahub and elastic emergency auxiliary assemblies, wherein one side of the hub is connected with a radiating fan; the interior of the radiating fan is filled with cooling liquid; the elastic emergency auxiliary assemblies are distributed on the surface of the hub; an outer tire ring is connected to the edge of the hub; tire pressure sensors are arranged among the elastic emergency auxiliary assemblies; and the bottoms of the tire pressure sensors are fixedly connected with the surface of the hub. According to the tire structure with the cooling mechanism and the machining process of the tire structure, hot air at the joint of the hub and an axle can be rapidly discharged in the running process of a vehicle, and the heat accumulation is avoided; and the shock absorption effect of the outer tire ring is improved through shock absorption springs, so that the phenomenon of bulging of the outer tire ring is avoided, the vehicle is capable of quickly returning to the stable state and running normally for a period of time under the tire burst condition, and the vehicle is conveniently driven to a nearest maintenance shop for maintenance.

    本发明公开了一种具有冷却机构的轮胎结构及其加工工艺,涉及汽车轮胎技术领域,具体为轮毂和弹性紧急辅助组件,所述轮毂一侧连接有散热风扇,且散热风扇内部填充有冷却液,所述弹性紧急辅助组件分布于轮毂表面,所述轮毂边缘处连接有外胎圈,所述弹性紧急辅助组件之间设置有胎压传感器,且胎压传感器底部与轮毂表面相固连。该具有冷却机构的轮胎结构及其加工工艺,在车辆行驶中可快速将轮毂与车轴连接处的热气快速排出,避免热量存积,并通过减震弹簧提高外胎圈的减震效果,避免外胎圈出现鼓包现象,且可以在爆胎情况下使得车辆快速回复平稳并保持正常行驶一段时间,方便驶向最近的维修店进行维修。
