The invention provides an idle speed control method for electric pile of hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: when a whole vehicle starts a hydrogen fuel cell pile at high voltage, if the electric quantity of a super capacitor reaches a charging forbidding threshold value, a VCU sends a hydrogen fuel cell system idling 0 power output mode starting instruction to an FCU; after the FCU receives an idling 0 power output mode starting instruction of the hydrogen fuel cell system, the FCU sends the idling 0 power output mode of the hydrogen fuel cell system to be effective and sends the working set power of the air compression motor to the ACS; after an FCU instruction is received, the brake air compression motor controller ACS controls the air compression motor to output according to the set working power of the air compression motor, and the air compression motor starts to compress air into the air storage tank for storage; therefore, the outputof the galvanic pile does not need to be stopped under the condition that the super capacitor cannot store more energy. The method has the beneficial effect that the output of the galvanic pile does not need to be stopped under the condition that the super capacitor cannot store more energy.

    本发明提供了一种氢燃料电池物流车电堆怠速控制方法,包括:当整车高压启动氢燃料电池堆时,若超级电容电量达到禁止充电阈值,则VCU发送氢燃料电池系统怠速0功率输出模式启动指令至FCU;FCU收到氢燃料电池系统怠速0功率输出模式启动指令后,发送氢燃料系统怠速0功率输出模式为有效且发送空气压缩电机工作设定功率至ACS;收到FCU指令后,制动空气压缩电机控制器ACS控制空气压缩电机按照空气压缩电机工作设定功率输出,所述空气压缩电机开始压缩空气至所述储气罐进行储存;从而实现在超级电容无法存储更多能量情况下,不用关闭电堆输出。本发明的有益效果是:在超级电容无法存储更多能量情况下,不用关闭电堆输出。
