The invention discloses an idle speed control method of a fuel cell system, which is suitable for the fuel cell system and comprises the following steps: S1, an engine receives a request for entering a zero power mode; s2, the rotating speed of an air compressor and the opening degree of a three-way valve of an air inlet are adjusted so that the inlet pressure of the three-way valve can be adjusted and controlled to be the target air pressure value; s3, an outlet of the throttle valve is adjusted to a preset initial position; s4, maintaining the opening degree of the outlet of the throttle valve, and adjusting the output current of the electric pile to control the average single-chip voltage until the average single-chip voltage is controlled to be below the voltage upper limit value; and S5, correspondingly and dynamically adjusting the opening size of the outlet of the throttle valve based on the result of the at least two-stage judgment, and returning to the step S4 when the actual output current of the electric pile is smaller than or equal to a first preset value or when the actual output current of the electric pile is smaller than or equal to the first preset value and the voltage value of the single battery is greater than a second preset value.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池系统的怠速控制方法,适用于燃料电池系统,包括:S1、发动机接收进入0功率模式的请求;S2、调节空压机转速与空气入口的三通阀开度,用于将三通阀的入口压力调整控制在目标空气压力值;S3、将节气门出口调节至预设的初始位置;S4、维持节气门出口开度,调节电堆输出电流来控制平均单片电压,直到平均单片电压控制在电压上限值以下;S5、基于至少两级判断的结果,对应动态调整节气门出口的开口大小,并当电堆的实际输出电流满足小于等于第一预设值或当电堆的实际输出电流满足小于等于第一预设值且单片电池的电压值大于第二预设值时返回步骤S4。
