The invention discloses a novel type dredging operation robot. The novel type dredging operation robot comprises a ship body. A mechanical arm and a floating tank are arranged on the ship body. Grooves are formed in the bottom of the ship body. Contractive wheel devices are arranged in the grooves correspondingly. A locating device is arranged at the tail of the ship body. Each contractive wheel device comprises a hydraulic cylinder base. A third hydraulic cylinder is fixed to each hydraulic cylinder base. A connecting rod A is arranged at one end of the piston rod of each third hydraulic cylinder. Connecting rods B are hinged to two ends of each connecting rod A. The connecting rods B are hinged to the middle of connecting rods C correspondingly. The connecting rods C are connected with the ship body correspondingly. The connecting rods C are hinged to connecting rods D correspondingly. The connecting rods D are hinged to the middle of connecting rods E. The connecting rods E are connected with the ship body. Free wheels are connected with the connecting rods E through tapered roller bearings. According to the novel type dredging operation robot, by using contractive wheel devicesof symmetrical connecting rod mechanism, better flexibility and stability are provided for transportation of a dredging machine; a locating function when underwater operation is conducted is completed with cooperation of locating crawling poles; and the disadvantage that resistance is too large when operation is completed and support legs are raised is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新型清淤作业机器人,包括船体,船体上设置有机械臂和浮箱,船体底部开设有凹槽,凹槽内均设置有可收缩轮装置,船体尾部设置有定位装置;可收缩轮装置包括液压缸底座,液压缸底座上固定有第三液压缸,第三液压缸的活塞杆端部设置有连杆A,连杆A两端均铰接连杆B,连杆B均铰接连杆C中部,连杆C均与船体相连,连杆C均铰接连杆D,连杆D铰接连杆E中部,连杆E与船体连接,连杆E均通过圆锥滚子轴承连接有自由轮。使用对称连杆机构的可收缩轮装置为清淤机的运输提供了较好的灵活性与稳定性。配合定位爬行桩来完成水中作业时的定位作用,避免了作业完成时支腿抬起时阻力过大的弊端。
