The invention provides a wellhead tank curtain door and winch linkage locking system. The system comprises a PLC, an in-position sensor, a first state monitoring module, a second state monitoring module and a third state monitoring module. The PLC is respectively connected with the in-position sensor, the first state monitoring module, the second state monitoring module and the third state monitoring module through signals. The in-position sensor is installed at the in-position of the bottom of the wellhead tank curtain door. When the wellhead tank curtain door is placed in-position, the in-position sensor sends an in-position signal to the PLC. The first state monitoring module is used to monitor the operating state of a cradle. The second state monitoring module is used to monitor the opening and closing status of a safety door. The third state monitoring module is used to monitor the opening and closing status of a front stopper. The system ensures the lowering in-position of an auxiliary well tank curtain door, prevents the damage of the tank curtain door, and eliminates the safety hazard of lifting personnel.

    本发明提出的一种井口罐帘门与绞车联动闭锁系统,包括:PLC控制器、到位传感器、第一状态监测模块、第二状态监测模块和第三状态监测模块;所述PLC控制器分别与到位传感器、第一状态监测模块、第二状态监测模块和第三状态监测模块信号连接。所述到位传感器安装在井口罐帘门下放到位处,当井口罐帘门下放到位后,到位传感器向PLC控制器发出到位信号;第一状态监测模块,用于监测摇台的运行状态;第二状态监测模块,用于监测安全门的启闭状态;第三状态监测模块,用于监测前阻车器的启闭状态。本发明保证了副井罐帘门的下放到位,杜绝了罐帘门的损坏,消除了提升人员的安全隐患。
