The invention discloses an automatic locking winch. The automatic locking winch is mainly characterized in that hexagonal head bolts are installed in through holes of a rope winding roller, bolts are installed in threaded holes of a base, a front end installation board is installed on the front side face of the base, a front end shaft sleeve is installed in a center hole of the front end installation board, a rear end installation board is installed on the rear side face of the base, a rear end shaft sleeve is installed in a center hole of the rear end installation board, the rope winding roller is installed in the front end shaft sleeve and the rear end shaft sleeve, a connecting board is welded to the rope winding roller, the rope winding roller is sleeved with a baffle insulation sleeve, a worm wheel is installed on the connecting board, the rope winding roller is sleeved with a worm wheel insulation sleeve, a worm support is installed on the base, a hexagonal head worm shaft is installed in an upper end oil bearing and a lower end oil bearing, a worm, an insulation sleeve, a bearing gasket and a flat gasket are installed on the hexagonal head worm shaft, and the worm is meshed with the worm wheel.
