The invention provides an emergency braking device. The emergency braking device comprises a power supply system, a first spring, a trigger pin, a lever, a lever support and an emergency switch. According to the emergency braking device, the lever, a first pull wire, the trigger pin, the first spring and the switch are driven to act in sequence, and finally a power supply can be cut off. The cut-off of the power supply stops providing traction for an electric locomotive and can prompt a driver to start a brake unit on the electric locomotive; therefore, the electric locomotive is decelerated or suddenly stopped, the motor is prevented from rushing into a dangerous area or rushing out of a rail uncontrollably due to too high speed, the safety coefficient of a mine rail transportation systemor a similar electric locomotive transportation system is improved, the safety of workers is guaranteed, and the production risk is reduced. And the emergency braking device is a non-power-supply independent mechanical triggering device and is simple and reliable in structure.

    本发明提供了一种应急制动装置,包括电源系统、第一弹簧、触发销、杠杆、杠杆支座和应急开关。该应急制动装置通过应急开关先后带动杠杆、第一拉线、触发销、第一弹簧和开关动作,最终能够实现切断电源。而电源的切断将对电机车停止提供牵引并可提示司机启动电机车上的制动单元,进而使电机车降速或急停,避免电机车速度过快而不受控地冲入危险区域或冲出轨道,提高了矿山有轨运输系统或类似的电机车运输系统的安全系数,保障了工作人员的安全,降低了生产风险。并且该应急制动装置是一种非供电的独立机械触发装置,结构简单可靠。
