The invention relates to the field of mechanical equipment, in particular to a height self-adaptive fork and a lifting appliance with the fork. The height self-adaptive fork comprises fork teeth and afork tooth portal frame, wherein the fork teeth are installed on the fork tooth portal frame; clamps are fixed on the two sides of the fork tooth portal frame; the clamps and the fork tooth portal frame are in the same plane; the clamps are used for being clamped into clamping grooves correspondingly formed in the mechanical equipment with the height self-adaptive fork; the height self-adaptive fork also comprises a height sensing element and a height limiting sensor; the height sensing element is installed on the fork tooth portal frame or one fork tooth; and the height limiting sensor is matched with the height sensing element and connected with a control system of the mechanical equipment with the height self-adaptive fork. According to the height self-adaptive fork and the lifting appliance with the fork, by adopting the self-adaptive mode, the problems about safety and efficiency caused by the fact that the influence of goods on a vehicle plate is not considered in the operationprocess of a traditional lifting appliance can be effectively solved.

    本发明涉及机械装备领域,具体的说是涉及高度自适应货叉、以及安装有货叉的吊具,包括叉齿、叉齿门架,所述叉齿安装在叉齿门架上,在叉齿门架的两侧还固定有卡子,所述卡子与叉齿门架在同一平面内,所述卡子用于卡入安装高度自适应货叉的机械设备上对应开设的卡槽;还包括有高度感应元件和高度限位传感器,所述高度感应元件安装在叉齿门架或叉齿上,所述高度限位传感器与高度感应元件匹配,所述高度限位传感器与安装高度自适应货叉的机械设备的控制系统连接。利用这种自适应的方式,可以有效解决传统吊具操作过程中由于未考虑货物对车板影响而产生的安全性和效率问题。
