The invention discloses a concave-convex surface ship rudder with different cross section thicknesses, which is characterized in that the basic outline of the cross section of the ship rudder consistsof two airfoils with different thicknesses, and the chord lengths of the two airfoils with different thicknesses are the same. Compared with a common ship rudder, the concave-convex surface ship rudder has the advantages that the stall angle of the ship rudder can be increased, the lift force generated by the ship rudder at the same rudder angle is improved, and the steering performance of the ship rudder is further improved. Under the same operation condition, the concave-convex surface ship rudder can reduce negative effects caused by cavitation and the like of the ship rudder, and the service life of the ship rudder is prolonged.
