The invention relates to a vehicle direct-drive pump control brake unit and a control method. The vehicle direct-drive pump control brake unit comprises a driver, a servo motor, a bidirectional hydraulic pump, a low-pressure energy accumulator, a disc brake assembly, a pressure sensor and a brake controller. The unit is characterized in that the brake controller outputs a control signal to the driver according to a brake force demand and a feedback signal of the pressure sensor so as to control the servo motor, and an output shaft of the servo motor directly drives the bidirectional hydraulicpump; a forward liquid outlet of the two-way hydraulic pump is communicated with the brake wheel cylinder, and a forward liquid inlet of the two-way hydraulic pump is communicated with the low-pressure energy accumulator. In the pressurizing process, the servo motor rotates forwards, the torque is increased, and the pressure of the brake wheel cylinder rises; in the pressure maintaining process, the servo motor outputs constant torque, and the pressure of the brake wheel cylinder is kept unchanged; when the pressure reduction process or braking is finished, the servo electricity is in a free state, and the pressure of the brake wheel cylinder is reduced. The advantages of electric direct drive and pump control direct drive are combined, and the problems that an existing brake-by-wire system is complex in hydraulic pipeline, high in valve control hydraulic system energy consumption and the like are solved.

    本发明涉及一种车用直驱式泵控制动单元及控制方法,包括驱动器、伺服电机、双向液压泵、低压蓄能器、盘式制动器组件、压力传感器、制动控制器。其特征在于制动控制器根据制动力需求、压力传感器反馈信号输出控制信号给驱动器进而控制伺服电机,伺服电机输出轴直接驱动双向液压泵;双向液压泵的正向出液口与制动轮缸相通,正向进液口与低压蓄能器相通。增压过程中,伺服电机正转、转矩增大,制动轮缸压力上升;保压过程中,伺服电机恒转矩输出,制动轮缸压力保持不变;减压过程或制动结束时,伺服电处于自由状态,制动轮缸压力下降。本发明结合电动直驱与泵控直驱的优势,解决了现有线控制动系统液压管路复杂、阀控液压系统能耗较高等问题。
