The invention provides a brake hydraulic control method for a direct-drive electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire system, which comprises the following steps of: after the direct-drive electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire system is electrified, determining a current brake mode received by a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus of a whole vehicle; according to the current braking mode, a variable for determining the magnitude of braking hydraulic pressure is determined, according to the determined variable, the torque output quantity of the built-in driving motor in the current braking mode is calculated, and further according to the calculated torque output quantity, a theoretical current value needing to be controlled by the built-in driving motor in the current braking mode is obtained; and the actual current value of the built-in driving motor running in the current braking mode is obtained, closed-loop PI control is conducted by combining the actual current value with the corresponding theoretical current value, the voltage needing to be controlled by the built-in driving motor in the current braking mode is obtained, and the built-in driving motor is controlled to achieve closed-loop control over the hydraulic pressure of the vehicle oil way. According to the invention, the accuracy of hydraulic control can be improved.

    本发明提供一种直驱式电子液压线控制动系统制动液压控制方法,包括在直驱式电子液压线控制动系统上电后,确定整车CAN总线所接受到的当前制动模式;根据当前制动模式,确定决定制动液压大小的变量,并根据所确定的变量,对内置驱动电机在当前制动模式下的扭矩输出量进行计算,且进一步根据所计算的扭矩输出量,得到内置驱动电机在当前制动模式下所需控制的理论电流值;获取内置驱动电机在当前制动模式下运行的实际电流值,并结合相应的理论电流值,进行闭环PI控制,得到内置驱动电机在当前制动模式下所需控制的电压,以对内置驱动电机进行控制来实现车辆油路液压的闭环控制。实施本发明,能够提高液压控制的精确度。
