The invention relates to the technical field of rubber products, in particular to essence for preparing aromatic tires, a rubber composition and a preparation method of the rubber composition. The essence which is high in fragrance intensity, resistant to high temperature, not prone to volatilization and long in fragrance lasting time is researched and developed, wherein the fragrance of the essence can still be reserved after long-time high-temperature treatment when the essence is added into the preparation process of the rubber composition, and therefore unpleasant gas generated in tire manufacturing is effectively covered. Meanwhile, an embedding technology is adopted to prepare essence, wherein the essence is added into the rubber mixing process in a segmented manner, so that the essence and the rubber composition are fully mixed and the aromatic tire is finally manufactured; when the aromatic tire adopts the fragrance which is disliked by cats and dogs, animals such as cats and dogs can be effectively prevented from uncivilized land occupation behaviors on the tire; therefore, the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本申请涉及橡胶制品技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种制备芳香轮胎用香精、橡胶组合物及其制备方法。本发明研发出一种香气强度大、耐高温且不容易挥发,留香时间长的香精,将该香精添加至橡胶组合物制备过程中,该香精在经过长时间高温处理后香气仍然可以保留,从而有效遮盖轮胎制造中产生的难闻气体,同时采用包埋技术制备出香精,并分段添加至炼胶过程中,以使得香精与橡胶组合物充分混合,最终制造出所需的芳香轮胎,当芳香轮胎采用猫狗不喜欢的香型时,则可以有效阻止猫狗等动物对轮胎进行不文明占地盘行为,从而延长轮胎的使用寿命。
