    本发明公开了一种橡胶加工助剂及其制备方法与轮胎橡胶组合物。本发明的橡胶加工助剂制备方法将带不同官能团的橡胶化合物通过连续动态偶合反应获得嵌段聚合物,实现不同的官能化橡胶组合,制备获得所述的橡胶加工助剂。本发明的橡胶加工助剂与橡胶复合使用时即能够提高橡胶的聚合物‑聚合物以及橡胶‑填料的相容性及结合力,进而有效降低聚合物‑聚合物、聚合物‑填料界面松弛,增强界面作用力,提高填料网络与聚合物分散体系的稳定性,改善目标橡胶产品的性能。本发明的轮胎橡胶组合物复配含有橡胶以及本发明的橡胶加工助剂,具有橡胶分散均匀、填料结合力强、加工性能好、强度高等优点,应用于汽车轮胎中可以降低轮胎滚动阻力。
